Senior Consultant
Credit & Operational Risk
The ideal candidate will be placed in teams specialized in Enterprise Risk Management, operating in the field of consulting projects for medium and large financial intermediaries. The successful candidate will participate in the operational development of the following topics:
MAIN TASKS:
- Management/coordination of complex transformation processes
- Design and reengineering of credit processes (origination, monitoring and recovery)
- Analysis and design of credit architectures and risk based solutions
- Setup of operating procedures and processes to support credit management solutions
- Functional analysis and implementation support for data feeding and system integration
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree with excellent marks in economic/financial or engineering subjects
- Strong knowledge of the organization and banking processes
- Previous experience of at least 4/5 within consulting firms or in the areas of Risk Management, Credits and Organization of Financial Institutions
- Good sql knowledge
- Familiarity with SAS, Python, R syntax desired
- Familiarity with VBA syntax is nice to have
SOFT SKILLS:
- Excellent skills in diagnosis, problem solving, communication, organization of work, time management and aptitude for team work
- The candidate will be required to deliver projects both in Turkey and other Middle Eastern countries, so availability to make frequent travels is mandatory
- A good command in English is essential and the knowledge of a second foreign language is desired. Fluency of Arabic is considered a strong plus
